Orders & Delivery
1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service, and peak periods.
2. How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided where available so you can follow your parcel’s delivery status.
3. How can I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel using the tracking details sent to you after your order has been shipped. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
5. How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.

- Do you offer warranty?
Yes, selected GEARIZO products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. Warranty periods may vary by product, so please refer to the product packaging or relevant product information for the applicable warranty period.
2. What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers eligible products against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.If a product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
3. What is not covered under warranty?
The warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, or slight changes over time
- misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper installation
- use of harsh chemicals or cleaners not recommended for the product
- unauthorised modifications, tampering, or repairs
- routine consumable parts that naturally wear out over time
4. How do I submit a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, please provide the following:
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Order Number / Receipt Number
- Product Name
- Clear description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect
Once we receive your claim, our team will review it and may request additional details or ask for the product to be returned for inspection before approval.
5. Do I need proof of purchase for a warranty claim?
Yes. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
6. Is the warranty transferable?
No. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Returns & Refunds
- Can I return my order?
Yes, returns may be accepted if:
- you received the wrong item
- the item arrived damaged
- the item has a manufacturing defect
- the item is significantly different from what was described
To be eligible, the item must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase, where applicable.
2. Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
No. We do not accept returns for change of mind.What if I receive a damaged or defective item?If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with your order details and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will advise the next steps and may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
3. How do I request a return?
To request a return, please email gearizo@tayarlo.com with your order details and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. How will my refund be processed?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the purchaser’s nominated bank account within 30 business days.Customers may be required to provide:
- Account holder name
- Bank name
- Bank account number
GEARIZO is not responsible for delays or failed transfers caused by incorrect banking information provided by the customer.
5. Will shipping fees be refunded?
Refunds, where applicable, may exclude:
- original shipping fees
- return shipping fees
- restocking fees, where clearly disclosed and permitted by law
6. Can I exchange my item?
We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund instead.
